I said this in todays meeting getting those identified for succession into the higher levels starting the 1st PDP tele consultations & i think i was right. there is unemployment & unemployability. non promition & unpromotable. i shared experiences where i have phoned people, some jobs they could get but poor voicemails, answering phone, attitude in social media, ringtones. its everyones right to do whatever but its small things that blocks our opportunity. you are a brand that must be taken care of. minding your image & attitude & that is mostly seen in small things. fix attitude, grow yoursrlf, portray decency, know what you want & can, look at things to grow you towards what u want & mind little things & see how far u can get in advancements.
