I saw Bob Seger back in 1978 while in The U.S. Navy stationed at The Alameda Naval Air Station. The concert was at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. I went with my BEST buddies Fred (MAC) McDonald, Danny Johnson, Danny Burbage (Danny-B) Gary Marcinkowski (SKI),Tim Cornell (BONES) and a few more from The USS San Jose and The USS Shasta both ships docked on the same pier at The Naval Air Station. It was the best concert I have ever seen. I saw him again at The brand new Xcel Energy Center in downtown Saint Paul in 2013. He sounded as good at The X as he did in 1978 out in Northern, CA when he was a much younger Motor City Rocker. I did notice while waiting in line to go in. The crowd back in 1978 were much better looking than the crowd in 2013 Including Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band. LOL. Its amazing he just turned 70 and hes still performing to sold out crowds at all his scheduled concert venues ..... KK PS: Every time I hear a Bob Seger song on the radio it still brings back some great memories of the best times of my life with the best friends I was so fortunate to have made in my life. Best friends dont grow on trees. These were were some very special friends that many people never ever meet in their entire lifetime. I consider myself one lucky dude to have met these guys and experienced all the great times we had together during the four years we spent touring the world which included 26 countries in The South Pacific. Memories of such great times can never be duplicated. Thats how great it really was ..... KK
