I saw FEAR IS THE KEY several years ago. The name of Alistair MacLean was a big draw. All I could remember about this film was the car race and the mini-submarine, so its time I watched it again.But after watching the recent happenings in the Assembly, I have decided to abandon the idea of watching it again as we could see the picture in the form of FEAR that gripped the HOUSE. The CM spoke like a street fighter. He took on everyone who raised objections to the governments plans. He abused the media and criticized the NGOs and activists and even mocked the judiciary.When someone pointed out his sons property dealings he threatened the MLAs in an unparliamentary language, typical of a bully. He ridicules and insults the media. His mantra- Fear Is The Key. As a result major legislations like amendment of the CrPC Act passed without any debate.
