I saw a guy walk into a store this morning and cash in some lottery tickets then pulled another 200 dollars out to buy more. He turned to me and said that he had won over 13,000 dollars this past year on scratch off tickets. My response was wow just think of all the time you wasted working when you could have been scratching 8 hours a day then I asked him how much he thought he had spent this past year buying them and the conversation ended with him telling the cashier goodbye and not answering my question....lol. The cashier told me after he walked out that he normally spends 5-600 dollars per week in this store on tickets. I cant believe that people especially business owners like this man (had his business advertised on his truck) are so narrow minded. If you spend $20,000 to win $13,000 are you really considered a lottery winner? SMDH
