“I saw a lot as a medic, but nothing really affected me like my friend passing away,” says Roshelle, a #USArmy #Veteran who served in #Iraq. She was angry and withdrawn, and felt alone. Talking with a trusted counselor helped Roshelle manage her #PTSD. Now, she is comfortable in social settings and looks forward to new experiences.
