I saw a really interesting talk by the Senator from Washington state. She said she used to be a preschool teacher and she felt like some of the members of Congress were behaving in a manner that was similar to preschoolers. She reminded us of pro-social skills that are taught in early childhood. This is where your emotional I.Q. and intellect intersect. You need to develop both.
