I saw a video on self love today, but it sounded more like commandments from above. Self love means you accept yourself for who you are including ALL the choices you make and have made and ALL your habits and ALL the fears you have and ALL the secrets you harbor and ALL the talents you possess and ALL the lies youve told and ALL the truths youve espoused. Self love means accepting and embracing both your light and dark side equally and unabashedly. At the end of the day, YOU are the standard. YOU and YOU alone. Dont let anyone guilt you into believing that youre not exactly as you should be and if and when you decide to change its because its what YOU want to do for YOU.
