Good Morning Members, CSEA has just been advised that the Office of the General Counsel at the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) with the State of California has issued the enclosed COMPLAINT against the District regarding the imposition of the LBFO. PERB has found the facts presented by CSEA have established nine (9) prima facie violations of California Government Code. CSEA and the District are now being asked to attend a mandatory informal settlement conference at the PERB offices in Glendale to see if we can resolve this issue once and for all.
