I saw two articles talking about playing an April Fools Day prank about pregnancy. I admit I did this the year after I graduated to one (ONLY ONE) PERSON. I have not done it since, nor will I again. The articles summed up said this: 1. Its a terrible idea. 2. Its not even a decent or well thought out joke and has been over done. 3. Its NOT A JOKE. There are women who have tried and never had kids and some who have lost babies after carrying them for 1-9 months. Do you make fun of people with disabilities? This is not much different. Just a paraplegic wishes to walk, some women wish to have kids and cant. Some never will. Im all about making jokes about myself and picking on my friends, but please recognize, your innocent joke can be hurtful. Enjoy your day and play a prank, but make it epic. Make it new. Make it fun, for everyone.
