I say it should be illegal to employ inmates, they should not be a part of a countrys economy. They should be in an enclosed environment where they provide for their own survival. No expense, no profit. Instead we have America where the fastest rising industry is jailing your populace to pay them china wages. In a country that requires that prison production economically how long do you think it will be before unemployment is a crime?
