I say this all the time and I truly believe it, people treat you how you train them to treat you! If someone disrespects you and you keep allowing it....then guess what....youre training them that its ok to keep doing that! If someone keeps mistreating you and you keep accepting their apologies, then you are training them to mistreat you over and over again. If someone keeps putting others above you and all it takes is a few kind words to make it ok...then dont get upset when it keeps happening! Theyre just doing what theyve been trained to do!! We have to become better trainers! Train people that you deserve respect, honesty, love, kind words, etc. That is all. Carry on! ;-)
