I scheduled my hip surgery for January 2, 2014 (Happy New Year, right?) and am so glad to get it done. The recovery is long, but so was my rotator cuff surgery. Patience, grasshoppah! Anyway, my form of physical therapy will be to ride a stationary bike for 20 minutes a day and work up to more as I heal. Does anyone from my FB family have a stationary bike or know of someone who does that they arent using that I can borrow? Im sure I will need it for at least 4 to maybe 6 weeks.
