I see everyone doing the ice bucket challenge and keep thinking that instead of doing this one thing why not go bigger. So my challenge to everyone on my friends list is to do something good/nice this weekend with no expectation of reward. Open a door for someone, carry someone groceries, visit a shut in, donate to a charity, volunteer....the options are endless. Just think about all the good that could be done if all of my friends done just one random act of kindness. I want to see who will actually do this so comment what your random act is and then challenge all of your friends to do the same. Keep the random acts of kindness going.
