I see nothing wrong with this. She clearly was resisting in the first place. That officer did exactly what she was trained to do. She was not beating her, she wasnt showing aggression toward the runaway. She was clearly doing her job by keeping the emotionally unstable teen restrained, preventing the teen from running or possible harming herself or others. The teen clearly was understandably panicking and making the situation look worse then what it was. All of it could have been prevented if the teen hadnt resisted in the first place. I say kudos to the officer for handling the situation Profesionaly and and by the book.
