I see so many posts on this site & others, complaining of crime/violence/gangs in their community! The people are blaming unemployment, economy, nothing for kids to do, everything! But they are missing the most important item: a unified community standing-up against the gangs by speaking out! A business will not locate to a high crime area! (Do ou blame them?) Police can only do so much, but if they get no help from the community their efforts are worthless! It is YOUR community! It is YOUR responsibility to know what is going on in your community! It is YOUR responsibility to call police, give as much info as you can (names, IDs, facts, license numbers, etc) This bullshit of I didnt see anything, I dont know anything, is just that----BULLSHIT! If you are living in fear of retaliation, the bad-guys have WON! If yo, as a community, unite & stand together YOU have won! You will force the cowards/punks to be arrested, convicted, jailed and run like the scared cowards that they REALLY are! If you do NOT do that, than you deserve all the shit they give you! It is YOUR community!It is YOUR life! So what if they are friends, neighbors! Either speak-up and fight back, or shut-up & stop complaining and continue to live in fear from punks!
