I see this more and more often and for anyone who isnt aware: when u go out to eat and a host seats u at a restaurant, they are not arbitrarily putting u at a table. There choosing a table where u will receive the best service because tables are assigned into sections ran by different servers. When u get up and move or switch tables u in Essence are switching from a server who has time to take care of u to a server who may already be taking care of 5 other tables. So switching tables may seem to not necessarily be that big of a deal to u, however u hinder your experience and the flow of food throughout the kitchen if u overwhelm the service staff
