I see where the Dublin City Manager Owen Keegan finally came out of hiding today after all this Garth Brooks debacle. This man avoided all offers to appear on TV and radio shows ...at the height of the storm. Any city in the world would have loved to have staged these shows. My God, what a shower of incompetent clowns up there in Dublin City Council. There was never a rule made in the world that could not be changed.....not ONE. I see this evening where some hotel and tourism folks in Dublin are now planning to put on some other shows and are asking the people who had purchased tickets to come to Dublin for those few days and nights. The cheek of them. Dublin City Council have messed up ...and made fools of themselves. Now is the turn of the people down the country to choose to support other cities ....avoid Dublin that week ...and visit Galway, Cork, Derry, Waterford, Limerick, Belfast, Kilkenny ....places where you will be welcomed and respected. Spend your few bob in those places and teach manager Keegan and his cohorts another lesson in economics. Please share this all over Facebook and lets take a stand together.
