I see worker will not work in the absence of his/her employer. Government employees and other employee too try to escape if boss is not there. If opportunity comes almost everybody do corruption. This is common in India throughout all states. Have we thought why is this. I will let you know. We all feel because we still think that we are servant. Some foreigner is ruling us. Because we were ruled by foreigners for many years. They were torturing. They were not giving us our account share. So we used to take advantage of any opportunity to steal chunk of money. Same cult was transformed into our DNAs and genes and continuing. But my dear friends, now scenario has changed, at least in last few months. Now, we are ruled by Indians and Indian ideology. We should consider our office, our duty, our company as our own company. We shall not consider just a work for money. Once we all have then we will not think about corruption, stealing work hours, favoring some one. Because in our own family, head of family never steal money, never steal work hours, never turn down from responsibility. In family, for whom and from whom, head of family will steal. Same case is with members. If we think that we are free and whole India is one family then we will not feel to steal. Everybody shall change and think on this line. People say 15 August we got freedom but I see our DNAs and genes are still ruled by others. Today everybody is in Independence day celebration. Good. Enjoy. But if we all will make our DNAs and genes free from caged thinking then only real meaning of celebrating. Anyway I hope we soon will get rid of this and consider this country as a family and whole problem as a consequence will be resolved soon. Hoping for a good change, this Independence onward. Love you all. Pray for the nation. Waiting for a real Independence among all.
