I seemed to be held captive by one particular spot on the beach today :D I got talking to someone for 15 mins, then just about to go, another friend arrives, the first left. Then as the I was about to go again, Benji barks at a couple passing, the lady says, Are you Elizabeth Harley? It transpires I taught her Aromatherapy 20 years ago at Aberdeen college :D Apparently she went on to run a very successful clinical trial for genital herpes in the hospital. Then another very successful trial on Alopecia sufferers, which was so successful that the hospital tried to patent the oil blend - but at that time a lot of anti-complementary therapy EU legislation made that difficult, however her blend was patented, (by others,) in the US. Then she was asked to trial oils with diabetic patients, but she was about to retire then. According to her hubby, I am also regularly credited for one of her favourite sayings too, A stranger is just a friend you havent met yet. I dont remember saying that of course. I dont think it was in the curriculum :D What an interesting day!
