I seemed to have stirred up a wasps nest by saying that I dont stand by the way that Adrian Peterson spanked his son and I stand on that. As parents, you can do better than slicing up the legs of a 4 year old to teach him a lesson. My question is this: what other forms of discipline do you guys use in addition to spanking to teach your child the right things to do? Or is it solely spanking that you use to discipline your child? This is not rhetorical, I want to know you guys strategies. What constitutes a whipping? Serious offenses or everything? And when you dont whip, what do you do to address the behaviors that dont constitute a spanking?
