I seldom leave product reviews, even though I know full well how important reviews can be, I think the instances in which they arent biased one way or another are so slim I rarely read them when buying anything. ANYWAY, I ordered Britta a frozen puzzle from Amazon. It arrived and was missing pieces of Elsas face. So, I left a review that said, Cute puzzle. Unfortunately, it was missing pieces. Bummer. Amazon emailed me to tell me they were taking it down because it was abusive and violated their review policies. Clearly they havent read some of the reviews people have left on my books...
