I seriously made the BEST Super-food-power-YUM-balls on the weekend for the kids lunchboxes this week. Actually they wont last the week... 3 large scoops Chocolate Musclegen or GenBodysculpt (270g) (I used coconut flavour and added Raw Cacao) to superboost. 100g Dates 100g Cranberries (dried) 50g Apricots (dried) 100g Walnuts 2 tbsp Organic Tahini 2 tsp Organic Cinnamon 1tsp Organic Vanilla 30g Organic Dessicated Coconut 30g Organic Wholegrain flour (optional) I drizzled a little bit of milk in to help it stick together - but to be honest you dont really need this step. It would work without. Or as a suggestion just use a little water. Process dried fruits first, then add other ingredients. Form into small balls and roll in excess dessicated coconut. I have a Thermomix processor so it worked a treat! Yum.
