I seriously outdid myself on my pasta sauce tonight. Its been cooking in the crock pot for 6 hours now on low. It has the usual Italian seasonings in it but I also added 1/4 a cup of milk, a couple tablespoons of white wine, and some Siracha to it. Its fantastic. Even the teenager, who hates pasta and who has never given my sauces more than a meh, called it really good. I am impressed with myself. And to think I made it on a day where my head hurts so bad I want to toss my cookies.
