I serve on my home churchs mission committee. In our meeting last night our chair challenged us to try to think of new and creative ways we can serve our community. We already give out food baskets at Thanksgiving and Christmas, school supplies for students and teachers, we support our city wide food bank, homeless shelter, and crisis pregnancy center. I would love to have the Facebook community list suggestions for us all. Hopefully this post could become a depository of missional ideas from all over the country (and world).
