I set myself 6 goals for everyday: 1. Clean at least one room. 2. Watch something, play a game or read for 2 hours. 3. Work out at least 30-45 minutes. 4. Play guitar 30 minutes. 5. Practice stand up/write 30-60 minutes. 6. Out of 3 meals make 2 of them extremely healthy. Today was my first day giving myself some structure and I combined 2 by being at the track 30 minutes while practicing for my set tonight.
