I shared this from my store page... I copied and pasted it again. You wouldnt believe the amount of grief I catch on my business page... so just in case some may see it here that might miss it there..... Sorry to jump on a soapbox here but I will for a second. This is my business page. Its not here for political posts or posts regarding ones negative view of the jewelry industry, society, or whether people should or shouldnt spend their money on products. I attended a seminar several years ago that changed my life and my way of thinking... The speaker got up on stage and was VERY excited as he announced that Unemployment was at the highest level ever. I think the number at the time was close to 13%. He held up newspapers showing the doom and gloom... THEN... he said This is EXCITING STUFF... WHY? BECAUSE THIS MEANS 87% OF THE PEOPLE ARE NOT ON THIS LIST It was a WOW moment for me. I know there are many that quit looking for work and the numbers are skewed and that people are indeed having trouble... but I cant dwell on that and have a successful business. The best way to change the unemployment numbers is for businesses to promote, be involved and grow their businesses. THEN, we can hire more people, pay more wages and HELP MORE PEOPLE WITH OUR GIVING. I chose that day to try to build my business by concentrating my marketing on those who can shop with me. If you want to be a Negative Nellie or a Debbie Downer then we are probably not the place for you to shop or visit and this is probably not the page for you to be posting on. All are welcome but please save the rants and posts that you intend to hurt my business, my community and my employees to yourself and your page. If we sound like the place you want to shop... Come on down. Our hours are 10-6 Tuesday thru Friday and 10-3 on Saturday!
