I shared this on my home page but I figured it would be of more interest to people here, so as my debut in this group, this is Powann - Champagne Chirarizumu, originally recorded in 2013 - I accidentally saw this band live last Tuesday (at an 11 AM show!) at a tiny club called the Star Lounge in Shibuya, Tokyo (I was only there to see Saoriiiii who was one of the opening acts - it was 3 techno artists opening for a rock band - you dont see that in the US) and this song, which was their encore, completely blew me away- one of the most powerful, uplifting songs Ive ever heard. Fortunately I was able to track down a performance on YouTube from last August. Also, at 4:17 the keyboard player sheds her dress and dives into the crowd, which she did when I saw them as well. In the US where I live, I could see something like that ending very badly.
