I should write a book about all the abuse I have seen and exploitation of patients. I reported one place and they paid probably $300,000.00 in fines. I told the doctor about it and asked why he didnt do anything. He said it is none of my business take your money and go home. That was his motto. Patients were threatened with physical harm by nurses aides. As you know nurses wear shoes that have heavy rubber soles on them due to walking all day, so people dont hear you walking sometimes. I came into a patients room to see an aide with her fist raised above her head going to hit a patient. I yelled at her to get the hell out before I called the police. She said you cant fire me or make me go home, you are here only in charge for the night. I said, Watch me. I said are you leaving now or do I have to call the police and picked up the phone, she left after threatening to get me in the parking lot. I said fine then see you later in the parking lot. Byeeeee. This is what the elderly get in nursing homes in many places in the USA. Nice huh?
