I shoulder the responsibility of any Collective decision, when team work is spoken about, but only, when i am aware of the Complete action taken on subject, specially when, my name is referred to somebody for consulting me, asking him to approach me. I am not here to take anybodys false accusing and blames on half conveyed messages to them and hence, their perception of any kind, unnecessarily. Be Listener first of all, Listen not to Reply, But to Understand others point of views too, before throwing away blames on them, doubting their Integrity. Respect Others too, to Be Respected.
