I start this by saying , I am not a US citizen, and thus do not vote in elections... But I will go on and say , we need to take the vote away from people.... If you need to take a test , to drive a car, because you might do damage to someone, how much more important should it be that a VOTER, should have to meet requirements to vote. 1) They should take a test, to prove they understand how the system is supposed to work. 2) They should have to pass to a high enough percentile, like 80%! 3) Colleges and universitys, will offer courses, designed to educate a voter, and earn the right to participate. 4) Classes would be free. 5) If you can not differentiate, between left and right policy, nor understand or care,... if you watch more reality TV, than you read a newspaper, if you cannot place London on a map, if you watch politicized propaganda networks to get your information, if you think that any thing but your way is Un American, you do not understand democracy. We need to reduce the voting field by 90%, we would all be better off with a voter base that cared, and bothered to be informed, to all those who do not care 99% of the time, PLEASE STOP VOTING... Voting is a privilege that belongs to a citizen that is involved ... if you can not offer any opinion , besides what the TV told you, you are an ineffective participant....................... YOu can not learn to drive, by watching TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
