I started getting Zachs new tracphone activated yesterday and finally got done this afternoon what a pain in the drain. He had 557.10 minutes on his phone since he runs out of days before he runs out of time. I wanted that all transferred over to his new phone along with his phone number they told me I couldnt do that because his old phone ran out of time. I went off on them when they told me I was going to have to spend 30 dollars for a card to activate his old phone before they would do it. They then transferred me to their supervisor. Zach now has 560 minutes on his phone and his same number. Dont try to tell me that you are going to screw us out of all that money and think Im going to take it.
