I started taking Plexus on March 21, 2014. I weighed 202 lbs. I now weigh 189. My cholesterol was 322 - by June 18 my cholesterol was 271! I have more energy than I have had in years. My hair and nails are growing like crazy and healthy! My health issues were not major, but I am 63 yrs young and want to stay active and healthy for many years to come.
