I step into the kitchen, not my favorite room, with my Pinterest recipe in hand...determined that I can do this...the recipe is simple, a baked potato that is sliced ALMOST through the potato along the entire potato and each slice is stuffed with butter, onions, Bacon and cheese...YUM RIGHT!... I begin stuffing the slices and look at the recipe, it says DO NOT BREAK THE SLICES, POTATO SHOULD REMAIN INTACT... Then, BAM, there goes the first slice, broken, the next and next......wait, someone is yelling terrible, terrible words, who on earth.......oh, nevermind Its me....finally the potatoes are stuffed, broken and broken and broken . I throw them into the oven. Thank God that part is over, if they are edible when they are finished cooking Ill consider this a Pinterest success story....Ill let yall know. Now, I need a glass of wine,,,good Lord!!!
