I still have two months left to get the needed required signatures to get on the Ballot in November as U.S. Senator from NC as Unaffiliated.Anyone in NC willing to help? I CAN and WILL: (My order of importance as of today) 1. Bring all military home from the Middle East, IMMEDIATELY! 2. Make the tax code fair for EVERYONE. (This will END lobbyist and special interest from having any affect on Congress). 3. Balance the budget and begin paying down the debt. 4. Fix the broken down education system by doing away with the Department of Education. Give the educating powers back to the individual states. 5. Downsize the IRS. 6. Downsize the Federal Government. 7. Introduce an AMENDMENT to make English the official language. 8. Change AMENDMENT XIV, Section 1 to read: “All persons naturalized or born to parents who are both citizens of the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” 9. Fix Social Security for everyone. 10. Enforce immigration laws. 11. Stop ALL wasteful spending and no more pork. 12. Fix Welfare by reducing so many unnecessary programs. 13. No money to foreign countries except Israel. 14. Amendment to the U.S. Constitution setting 4 years as term for Senator instead of the current 6 years. 15. No taxpayer funded retirement for Congress when leaving office including health insurance. It should be a privilege to serve. This is not a profession. *** A Senator is sworn to uphold the United States Constitution. These Federal Departments do not “promote the general Welfare” The Un-Constitutional Federal Departments 1. Education 2. Energy 3. Commerce 4. Transportation 5. Labor 6. Housing and Urban Development 7. Health and Human Services 8. Homeland Security
