Dear Gaurav Kumar Singh you are serving to society in real way. I still remember after your selection in IAS , you visited/ delivered around 70 motivational lectures on How to crack Civil services in school and colleges in different parts of India. I must say that the youths of Chattisgarh (Spcly Raigarh) where you are posted as Assistant Collector are lucky to have office like you. I saluate you sir....Jai Hind Jai Bharat...
