I stopped at Culvers in Clear Lake Iowa on my way home...an SUV parked adjacent to my car...large dog barking ..clearly distressed..it was in 80s...window cracked but still...so I went into restaurant and asked who owns black SUV with large dog inside...a lady said ME and my husband just getting food and going back outside...I went out, he followed me assuring me he cares for his dog...i informed him I was just about to call authorities, he clearly WASNT thinking about his beloved pet!...I was not going to discuss with him, just wanted to say DONT LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL IN CAR IN HEAT..end of story
