I stopped at a store today and as I parked I watched an elderly lady try across the parking lot with groceries. She dropped a bag of groceries right in front of where a homeless man was sitting. He wasnt begging for money or anything. The homeless man got up and helped her pick up her groceries and helped her to her car. Didnt ask for thing and walked back over and sat back down next to his stuff. He truly looked like he needed something to eat so I bought him a sandwich and a Gatorade. When I gave it to him he looked up at me and said maam I didnt ask for this but thank you so much, I am hungry. I thanked him for helping the little elderly lady. Its nice that some people still have kindness in their heart matter who you are.
