Masbatenyo Petisyon Dear Masbatenyos, I made the following petition, to help effect change in our beloved province, Masbate. The new term of office of our newly elected officials will start on July 1 2013. I will forward this petition to The office of the governor, Vice Governor and the Office of the Sanguaniang Panlalawigan on or before June 30, 2013 just in time before all elected officials are sworn into office. A copy of this peitition will also be sent to the Office of the Ombudsman and other related national government offices. This petition and all other upcoming petition will be archived in Masbate Petitions Page. So that after 3 years, or the end of their term we can see which petitions were acted upon. In compliance with the Freedom of Information Law, we, the undersigned concerned Masbatenyos and as concerned taxpayers, are petitioning for the Implementation of Total Transparency in the Capitol and in all LGUs. We are asking that all Masbatenyo Facebook (FB) groups and other online groups, be provided and be allowed to publish all the public transactions that will be undertaken by the Province of Masbate starting July 1, 2013. In connection with this, we are specifically requesting that the online groups be provided with the following: 1. The minutes and the results of all public biddings 2. SALN of all Provincial and Local government officials 3. Minutes of all the SP and SB sessions 4. Privilege Speeches of all the SP and SB . 5. Audit and Accounting of all the funds received by the province from the national government/funds. 6 Financial Standing of the provincial government, including the municipalities.
