I submit that Obama DOES NOT have the authority to do Executive Order on Executive Amnesty. Obama is the Executive Branch. Its his job to enforce existing law, which he criminally has not done, and if he does a EO contrary to existing law, that is criminal and illegal, there is no other way to cut it. He does not have the power or authority to legislate via Executive Order. If he tries to do this, he IS breaking the law, and also is in criminal violation ,by not fulfilling his Presidential Oath by enforcing existing law, and has lost the confidence to govern the American people. If/when he does this, he should be brought up on criminal charges, immediately, and the EO should NOT be observed or recognized by anyone in Govt or in this country. If, so , they are collaborators in such criminal lawlessness. There is simply no other way to deduce this.
