I submitted a copy of the Brief in Support of the Rights of the - TopicsExpress

I submitted a copy of the Brief in Support of the Rights of the Sovereign Entity (the Brief) to the District Court for Adams County by USPS certified delivery, return receipt requested on 3-3-2014. My court date was on 3-18-2014. When I appeared to contest my ticket Judge Hille refused to accept the Brief as testimony, so I took the stand. My testimony detailed the fact that the officer who issued the citation had observed the fact that I was smoking Cannabis while driving when he made the traffic stop, but he failed to mention that fact in his report, and he did not issue a citation for the offense. This glaring omission of factual evidence therefore made the police report false by omission. This information regarding my use of Cannabis while operating a motor vehicle and the officers observation of said activities had been previously detailed to the Court in the Brief, which neither the Prosecutor or Judge Hille had read prior to my appearance in court. Obviously, they were both surprised I was willing to submit such testimony, but I was already looking for an appeal, as the Judge made it clear she would insist upon asserting her claim to jurisdiction, regardless of the un-inspected contents of the Brief. Thereafter, while the Prosecutor was grinning like a fool Judge Hille took the only convenient option left to her: perjury. Yes, I have proof. Want a free copy? It will be posted at ChanceAddisonprose within a few weeks. I requested and paid for on 3-20-2014 a copy of the audio from my court appearance, and I already have in my possession copies of the records from the Adams County Prosecutors Office necessary to get Judge Hille disbarred.
