I suggest all my young friends particularly to utilize their time properly.I mean to say if you are student than spend your time in studies and do some physical exercises.Obey and respect your parent and teachers.Dont hurt them at any time.Share your problem with them and find solution to every problem if possible.If at any time you think that you are not treated properly by your parent/teachers,then talk to them separately or ask time from them and go for one to one talk,then you may get satisfaction/solace.Dont develop negative attitude towards them,for example if you have the notion that the parents and teachers will not understand you because they have become old or they are not modern in outlook,then give a second thought to your approach because they are your parent and teachers.
