I sure wish I didnt waste time meditating this morning, said no-one, ever. New month, new (school) year. Time to create or get back to happy habits. #Anxiety? #Depression? Trouble making decisions? #hypertension? Feeling overwhelmed? #meditation is good for you in so many ways. It is also free, can be done pretty much anywhere, and is never a waste of time!
