I swear people over do it in relationships, with the whole complimentary thing. I understand that it is nice to hear that youre beautiful, handsome or gorgeous, or how much you love each other, but when you do it every moment you speak to each other or see each other, its almost like youre using up all of the mystery and gracefulness to what is truly underneath the journey you both shall embark on. It is as though you get so lost in the lustrous ways of the beginning, that you partially forget on what will be substantial for you both in the future. You gain no substance to the persons story by constantly feeding their ego, as for once it lessens, your ego begins to deflate and you try to find it in other ways as there was no true soul from the beginning. Being together yet standing on your own two feet at the same time, will keep you stronger for longer, as the ego will always fall eventually and unable to understand why it is not being fed as often.
