No. Dawkins did not endorse rape. He did not endorse pedophilia. He was saying that, by logical standards, there can be some types of rape or some types of pedophilia that can cause longer lasting trauma. He is speaking from a stance of statistical probability. Statistically, a child who is the victim of fiddling will have less trauma than a child who is traumatized by intercourse or penetration. Likewise the same goes for rape. I am sure that the women who were imprisoned for 10 years are more traumatized than a woman who was raped once. No. This is not an endorsement of rape or pedophilia. It is an endorsement of logic and probability and statistics. You dont have to like Dawkins. You dont have to agree with him. This post is also not me endorsing Dawkins post. I am just explaining what HE was trying to get across. If you argue against someone, be sure to argue against their stance or what they are trying to get across.
