I swear these damn Comcast Reps! These so called intensive interviews and training means absolutely nothing because they are still doing whatever they want! I never asked you for cable or to change my account so why did I get equipment in the mail. I declined your offer twice. Now I know why my Internet is moving slower. You changed my speed to add some dumb package I never asked for! Fix my account now and get my off this 15 min hold! Ughhh
