I take time to listen to the Lord and spend hours in His Word. He speaks to me but that doesnt mean Im adding books to the Bible as some assert. I write down the personal messages He speaks to me. This morning He told me to post part of what He spoke to me because it is for the larger church body. Again, Im not adding to the Bible, just speaking what the Lord gave me to share. He said that He and the Holy Spirit would speak to us. Test this message. Too often people get a vision for the church that is not My vision. It is made up of the wisdom of man and consensus to keep all parties happy but no one stops and listens to me. No one truly listens to My voice. Then they share the vision of the church. Did I draft the vision? They think so. But no. I would have nothing to do with many of the petty visions of man’s imagination.
