I think Discount Tire in Normal just earned a new loyal customer. Went to get a second tire put on the front (the rear tires were bald too) to match the one we got from Farm and Fleet when Brad had a blow out at work the other day. They were concerned about the rear tires being bad and when I told them we couldnt afford more than one tire (the one on the front was $95 from Farm and Fleet) they said they wanted us to have safe tires, especially since I was driving with kids in the car. So heres the deal they offered: they would buy the new Farm and Fleet tire and give me all 4 new tires for only $150. Needless to say, I said yes. A second tire from F&F wouldve made it $180+ for just 2 tires and I got 4 new from Discount Tire for $150 total. Thats great customer service. :)
