I think I am coming down with a cold. Yesterday my face hives were finally settling down. Boy, pollen really really hates me. Im still dealing with my break out from the pasteurized milk, its actually pretty bad. Now, my throat and face is stuffy. Joy oh Joy! Lol the worst 3 days!! I think my body is just telling me that I need to treat myself better. The past two months has been pretty stressful----
