I think I am going to puke. Our mortgage company got the check to rebuild our house 2 weeks ago and is refusing to give us any money to give to the builder. They are holding out money hostage! The worst part is they have the full amount from the insurance company and we only owe less that a 3rd of that on the loan! They are holding over $100,000 of money that they arent even owed and do nt have any right to. I do not know what to do! I am sick of this shit. WE have been fighting them for 10 days now trying to get somewhere. We have given them everything they have asked us to give them. WE filled out and submitted their package . They every time they call they say they need something else and its stuff we cant get.
