I think I just read a thread on another page that was complimenting some of us on the progress being made on outing slum lords buy using the tactics of public humiliation and shame to show that some of our upstanding citizens are really money grubbing whores who are making our neighbourhoods dumping grounds for the human waste they rent to in the multiple properties they own. It was hard to tell if it was a compliment with it being said that were a bunch of hate filled psychotic loudmouth Dicks,but Ill take it. I agree my methods can be vulgar and detestable to those who think they can understand whats in my heart and mind without ever even speaking to me or getting to know me on a personal level. The truth is when Im in a fight my only concern is winning ,not how good I look doing it or how I am received after the dust settles. You see ,what people who truly know and like me understand is my willingness to be disliked is an asset . Im not trying to seek public office or attention. When your backed into a corner thats when you fight even harder. The days of people in Johnstown fearing reprisals from the powers that be are ending. I came from nothing and have no fear of going back and starting over. I said on here the other day to ensure the safety and happiness of my friends ,family and neighbors I intend to use any means necessary to do just that. If that means I am seen as the bad guy to people I dont know I really dont mind . My being disliked by politicians and influential people in this corrupt dysfunctional town is a badge of honor I wear with pride. Those who know me know I have a big mouth that is proportional to the size of my heart if you take the time to get to know me. If you stay at a distance and judge me without knowing me I dont really care what you think you know or see. There were a few questions asked that I would like to answer (1) can a landlord control who a renter brings in and makes their properties a problem. The answer is by having it in your rental agreement to be allowed to check on your property anytime you wish. Some have it in the lease but as long as the rent is paid they never bother to do it. You cant make a landlord care about community when all he really cares about is money. So thats when you attack the status their blood money has gained them at our expense. (2) will these despicable tactics work on the scumbag property owner near me? Your Damn right it will . If its a property owner in the city or surrounding area you have many options. Go stand out side their house on the hill holding a sign saying this man rents to drug dealers and criminals. You have a right to assemble in public and a right to free speech ,use em. Go to their business and do it there. Get your owner occupied property owners on your block to band together and file a civil suit on the owner of a problem rental. Sue them for the loss in property value your suffering. You may and probably will lose in court. But what you cost them in the public eye may be worth it. These upright ,upstanding pillars of the community treasurer their false status more thanyou realize .Sometimes you have to lose a battle to win a war. Dont be afraid to say wozniak ,McKinney or whose ever name it is thats destroying your neighborhood in pursuit of the all mighty dollar. What can they do. If they dont have the power to squash a nobody like me then their power doesnt exist. Its merely a perception that you should not fear. In the final analysis do what ever you have to do to be treated with the same respect they want for themselves and Damn the consequences. Or sit back silently an wish for something to happen the choice is yours. I have found the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
